John presented in a professional manner right from when we first met him. We were selling the house on behalf of a family member so the sale was both a practical and emotional sale. John met us with empathy but also was so efficient in his communication with us. We called the real estate to initially enquire about their services and within a few hours John and two other colleagues (which were very bubbly and warm) were at our house ready to talk with us. Nothing was too much trouble for John. He communicated with us openly about fees and the current market and had an impressive knowledge of the local area and current sale trends. His efficiency in connecting with us and getting things moving in a timely manner (yet he wasn't pushy) and helping us to understand the sale process was the reason we went with John and his team.
