John presented in a professional manner right from when we first met him. We were selling the house on behalf of a family member so the sale was both a practical and emotional sale. John met us with empathy but also was so efficient in his communication with us. We called the real estate to initially enquire about their services and within a few hours John and two other colleagues (which were very bubbly and warm) were at our house ready to talk with us. Nothing was too much trouble for John. He communicated with us openly about fees and the current market and had an impressive knowledge of the local area and current sale trends. His efficiency in connecting with us and getting things moving in a timely manner (yet he wasn't pushy) and helping us to understand the sale process was the reason we went with John and his team. Honestly nothing was too much for trouble for him and he replied to emails, texts and phone call very readily. He was an excellent communicator with all the processes involved in the sale and he had a plethora of contacts that we could access to help things move along in the sale process (we were selling from interstate so this was very helpful to us). Little things like sorting keys for us and keeping the lawns mowed were never too much trouble for him and this just helped us to feel supported during the whole process. We would absolutely choose John and his team again; we cannot fault their communication, expertise and ease at which we worked with them. We wish them well in the future and thank John immensely :)

John was prompt and informative upon showing the property. I was the first to view and offer was accepted. I was also an interstate buyer. I was not impressed when I reached out for assistance, only to be told that he didn't care if it didn't sell to me as he had 8 other interested parties, but would see what he could do. I was dumbfounded but moved on. Upon settlement, while I received a lovely congratulations from one of his colleagues, I received no congratulations from John. Despite this, he was helpful in allowing me access to see the property when I arrived in QLD, so when it came to showing the property, I have no complaints.

I contacted John via phone with the goal to sell unoccupied area of land, that I had purchased a number of decades ago.
