Mr Bone is very knowledgeable in his marketing. We had no further correspondence with Mr Bone once we had confirmation of purchase for property located at Springs on 11/06/2021. We had further delays in the land purchase and no communication. Essential communication would have allowed us to understand information more accurately and quickly. In contrast, poor communication lead to frequent misunderstandings, frustrations and further delays in completing the property contact on 23/07/2022

John was very up to date with status of all the blocks which afforded us the opportunity to purchase a really good block that had been passed in that day. Always available for any questions throughout process and followed up on concerns.
