We found John very approachable, and clearly understood all aspects of the sale and the purchasing of blocks at the Springs. Easy to deal with.
We put a contract on a block believing it would be ready within 6 weeks time, which is what we were informed by John and also have this is writing (email). It took 6 months for our block to be titled which caused delays with building and also affected our living arrangements. We were misinformed to say the least and struggled with getting any information as to what the hold up was. We would never purchase a development block again after this experience.
Very good and educated us on how the process happens
We bought a block of land through John long distance. Via email we signed an expression of interest off the plan. For only $1,000 we were able to secure our preferred block while living 500km away. Once we signed a contract Karen (from WIN projects) would follow up on all our requests for information. If it was important to us, it was important to Karen. The whole process was a breeze.
John was informative and helpful. His efficient manner, understanding attitude and flexible approach suited us perfectly as first time buyers.
