JOHN INTEGRITY IN NEGOTIATING THE DEAL WAS OUTSTANDING AND ACHHIEVED AN OUTCOME WHICH WAS A WIN WIN. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME JOHN HAD A NUMBER OF POTENTIAL BUYERS THAT HE TOOK PRIVATELY TO THE POPERTY TO INSPECT. HE WORKED TIRELESS TO ACHIEVE THE BEST OUTCOME FOR ME. HE WOULD GIVE ME DAILY UPDATES ON THE MARKET, THE SURROUNDING AREA SALES ACTIVITIES AND THE COMPETITION THAT MIGHT INFLUENCE THE SALE VALUE.
