We first met John 18 months ago, after my wife asked me to phone him as he was the only one who door to door on foot in the early years to promote himself and Stone. His appraisal back then was indicative of the current market and his prediction of the sale in the future uncannily correct. John has always been straight up with us, never sugar coating the situation or promising what he could not achieve. He picks up on every call which is so good in these times, we are informed at every stage of the sale process, and he understands what is required without too much discussion.
