I reviewed agents in the McDowall area before settling on John - he was clearly a front-runner. Very transparent with his sales approach, communicated thoroughly on things to be aware of in the sales process and where his expertise could be of benefit. Kept us informed every step of the way which was reassuring given we're from out of state. His work ethic and expertise meant a great result was achieved, a complex record to-date. Would certainly recommend others to use.
