John was incredible with how quickly he helped us get our property ready for sale in such uncertain times. He helped us identify what improvements were worth making and what not to waste capital on. There was extended negotiation involved in our sale, but John was persistent, timely and realistic. We were very happy with the results, particularly given the current difficulties in getting potential buyers through. We really appreciate his skill and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
