The porperty was rented through Belle and given their knowledge of the unit it was a natural choice to ask the same company to act in the sale. After being passed to the sales department (John) everything was pretty simple from there on.
Very professional and listened to what my ideas were and acted upon them. I found everyone attentive. I was expected and greeted by my name before I gave it, and that made me feel special. All the documentation was printed and explained. I was only notified when there was a genuine party and not contacted when people were looking which was great for me as the seller. John and others looked neat and tidy and the office was clean and glistening. It was a pleasure to do business with the office.
