Most of our experience with our agent John Celis was ok however at our final inspection the tenants had left a lot of their furniture behind. When I approached John about this he assured me it would be gone by the next morning. On the day of settlement some of the furniture was still left behind for us to remove. The house was also putrid including dirty toilets. I would have hoped that John would have made sure that the property was left in a decent state and all furniture was removed. I would not recommend his services based on this. He just didn’t care.
