John picked the market well. Some agents will give you a price range to keep you happy, we listened to John’s keen assessment, and did what he advised. It paid off for us. John was upfront to do that, he did not take the “easy” way of appeasing clients. It was up to us to decide, but John had an excellent knowledge of the market and we listened.
