John is smart auctioneer and his manners are good. I have seen on different auctions stubbornness of auctioneers " demanding" certain amount of money for bids ( I will accept only 25 K for now, or so) John accepted early in auction 5K as smart move , " you offer but we will see last bid" so bidding progress , it is not stooled and demanding for more and higher bids. His decision was smart for owner and company as he got more flow during auction
