John was handed the opportunity to sell my unit in Pascoe Vale, what initially looked like a fairly straight forward and simple sale ended up being quite difficult with further propose developments going up around our unit. John marketed the property professionally and garnered enough interest, thus ensuring many interested parties attend the auction. Although passed in on the day and faced with difficult purchasers, John diligently negotiated through the weekend before selling my unit on the Monday. John was supportive and honest throughout our sales experience. We commenced a sales campaign, however upon John's honest advice we decided to hold off on selling. In doing so we were able to acheive an additional $50k on our sales price. Throughout our successful campaign John provided regular honest feedback, managing our expectations throughout. On the day of the auction John remained calm and successfully negotiated a selling price that at the upper end of our expectations. Overall we would highly recommend John as an agent.

Communication with John was great. Very smooth process and he works (and used to live) locally so knows the area really well. He was very accommodating to our requests to view the house several times prior to settlement date to measure rooms and organised with the sellers to give us keys early so we could paint prior to moving in. Straight talking, and down to earth.

High quality service from this agency as a tenant, landlord and vendor since 2012. The only problem was with the photographer, which did not provide an adequate range of photographs to consider for use in the advertising. It was unfortunate that a quality photograph of either the main bedroom or main bathroom appeared not to have been taken by the photographer.
