John was extremely responsive from the get-go and I would definitely recommend him to prospective vendors. After shopping around I was attracted by John's competitive commision percentage and excellent communication. I considered bigger outfits initially but glad I went with John. He facilitated a number of quotes and subsequent repairs/access pre sale as I was interstate efficiently and without issue.
