Was easy to communicate with. I would trust to sell with him. He told me the amount the vendor paid for the property and the price they spent on renovations; to make it sound like I was getting it at a good deal, but left out that the vendor bought it before the property was subdivided. Regardless, it was a good deal, but it was making it seem like the vendor was selling at a loss in order to access the capital fast. Hence why I would trust to sell with him, because he'll get me the best from the buyers hahaha. Pretty good, could be better, just do your research as you would for any agent you buy from.
