John was great to deal with and a fantastic communicator. His knowledge of the area is second to none. He gave us accurate market advice and we achieved a quick sale right on the money!
John is truly exceptional. Purchasing a property can be very stressful. However I had a great experience. I was able to contact and received responses in a timely manner. Very impressed with responsiveness and promptness. John was able to negotiate well with the seller which led us to purchase the property with a price that seller and I both desired for.
John is a straight shooter and a very confident agent. He will say it as how he sees it. John’s team also manages my other rental property. Quite happy and would rehire him again if and when I would look into selling my property.
The knowledge of the area is displayed during communication and display of statistics in real time. The need of the target group is well known. John displayed great professionalism and kindness.
John was great and we liked him from the 1st meeting back in October 2023 when we were looking into selling the property. 1st impressions are important in this line of work. John showed interest in getting to know us and understand our situation at the time. He has been available 99% of the time we needed to discuss anything and if he wasn't he always got back to us asap. I would highly recommend John to anyone selling their home. We were very happy with the price John got us for the house which was more than we expected
John always pushed hard to get the results I wanted, he kept me up to date with how the market was trending and what way is best to approach it. Great friendly advice always made me feel comfortable with what was happening.
