John Fischer was extremely helpful and honest re all my enquiries when trying to purchase the house. There was a long period of negotiation when trying to purchase the house and an extremely long settlement period with several challenging issues to resolve. Throughout this whole period John was always responsive and acted very reasonably and professionally in chasing up and resolving any issues in a fair way for both buyer and seller. I have recomended john to friends selling houses which is something i wouldn't do for 90% of agents I have dealt with.
