We had a block of land that we were selling privately, John rang after seeing the add in the paper on the off chance that we may need some help, I was a bit sceptical at first and told him to ring back in a week in which he did. We gave John the chance to sell the block as well and within a week we had offers $11000 above the asking price through him.
