Due to some delay in vendor’s solicitor’s side, John helped us to extend the cooling off period, which helped us secure the deal. John has also spoken to my solicitor and explain and tried to resolve all outstanding issues and then follow up with vendor and vendor’s solicitor. It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home (settlement pending) We could not have done this without John, and he really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come. I would be looking forward John’s help to complete the settlement process as smoother as possible.
