Dealing with John was very easy from the beginning through to the end of purchasing our home. John was always available to talk and if busy returned our calls very quickly. John kept us in the loop along the way with updates via text, phone or email and was only to happy to help with anything we needed. John went out of his way to offer visits to the property if we needed and was patient and friendly and great to talk to. We never felt like John was pushy or painful - we had looked at over 50 properties within months and there were some we could have purchased but the agents were so rude and had bad communication that we refused to deal with them therefore they lost a potential sale from us. I would highly recommend John to help anyone with purchasing a property, in making such a big decision, John makes his side of it very easy and his calmness, friendly nature and great communication helped us decide on the property we purchased rather than another we were close to buying.
