John was correct in stating that the property was difficult to assess a market value. The steep driveway was much more of negative influence on potential buyers than we anticipated. This did not deter John and he really concentrated on the positive aspects of the property. I gave parameters on value and settlement dates and he met the valuation parameter but had to push out 2 weeks beyond the preferred completion date due to the buyer's needs. I was impressed by the quick finalisation.

John was amazing through the entire campaign. We were updated promptly after each open home and to any changes in the marketplace. The month campaign created large amounts of interest in the property culminating in a fantastic result.
