Up to date with the real estate market & the suburb. When we approached John Grima to sell our property in 2022, I liked him the first time when he visited our house, and his approach, professionalism & the strategies for selling. He gave us advice some tips on getting the house ready for sale. We approached him again November last year & started to renovate the house in Jan 2024. It was ready for sale on 4th May 24 & sold on 28th May 24. I approached another real estate agent in Dec 2022 but John is the best.
