I am not sure how many people actually go through the process of selling a home but it can be a little daunting as it is an industry full of twists and turns, requirements and expectations and if you are not quite up to speed on the language, selling is nerve wracking. He was super constructive around his evaluation of my property and was able to guide me through all the requirements without making me feel incompetent in the process.
