I am not sure how many people actually go through the process of selling a home but it can be a little daunting as it is an industry full of twists and turns, requirements and expectations and if you are not quite up to speed on the language, selling is nerve wracking. That is until you work with someone like John. He was open and honest from the get-go, always presenting realistic expectations. He was super constructive around his evaluation of my property and was able to guide me through all the requirements without making me feel incompetent in the process. He made selling easy and that is just such a huge plus considering the situation. John was able to get me a price the exceeded my expectation and for that, I will be forever grateful. Unfortunately too many agents are only motivated by self interest and don't have the necessary negotiation be skills to truely deliver the best result. Luckily I have known John long enough and in other contexts to have confidence in his professionalism and integrity. He is genuinely knowledgeable, a great consistent communicator, focused on deeply understanding his client, a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and gave me confidence throughout the whole process.
