Former Director of Harcourts Rosebud - John Hall provides an award winning background in residential design and construction. After starting his own building company at the age of 19, he soon found himself expanding his skills and aptitude into industrial and commercial developments including the worldwide “McDonalds” franchise with new store construction throughout Victoria.
John’s corporate development experience led to a position in Canada to establish a golf course franchise across Northern America, designing the golf courses, clubhouse complexes and project management of the construction based in Toronto, a position held for over three years.Returning to Australia presented new opportunities in marketing and real estate and ignited his passion for sales. John joined the Morninton Peninsula Real Estate group and soon became their number one sales consultant achieving record-breaking sales and prices. Johns success in real estate and Mornington Peninsula’s expansion plans for the company lead to the company offering John their proposed corporate owned office in Rosebud as his own franchised office. This was a strategic located office and a key element in the company’s continued dominance of the peninsula market. The office dominance was further enhanced when the Mornington Peninsula Group joined the worldwide Harcourts network.
Under his leadership and direction the Rosebud office has to date received numerous awards including 2009 National Australia Bank No 1 professional services award and No 1 customer service award. In 2010 Harcourts Rosebud received the National Award for best-presented office in Australia. Johns design and creative talents were not limited to office design and real estate marketing when in 2012 he wrote, directed and produce a short French film (the orphans mute) which became a finalist in the Peninsula Short Film festival and showcased the scenery of Rosebud.
In 2011 John has received International recognition when he was awarded the number ten worldwide ranking for Harcourts International Sales Consultant. The Harcourts network continues to expand over eight continents and has provided a platform for John to service international clients.
In 2014 John travelled to Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai as a representative of Connect to Australia at which he was a Guest Speaker at the Waldorf Astoria, Shanghai.
John continues to redefine the boundaries of real estate with passion and commitment.
