John was very attentive right from day 1 of the start of selling our property.Being first timers he guided us with his extensive knowledge and went out of his way to keep us informed and always answered our numerous phone calls. We simply loved dealing with John. It's hard to put it into words but I will try. From the moment we met John we decided NOT to go with the other agents that had been to our home, we thought we had already chosen one until we met John. We found him to be personable, honest, extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, professional and most of all for us FUNNY!!!! John lifted the bar so high that I am not sure that anyone will be able to match him. We called him a workaholic as he was contactable any day of the week and almost 24 hours a day. One example-I thought I had left my phone in the office one afternoon and was beside myself trying to work out where it was, so I text him and he returned my text straight away, called into the office at 11pm on a Friday night and dropped it to me the next day. He went above and beyond. John respected all of our requests, looked after our home like it was his own and was incredible with his negotiations and information gathering from each open home. The reports he provided were accurate and very helpful. I was always scared of Auctions and would have never sold under auction conditions, that was until John talked us through it. For us it was the best decision and we sold it on the day, getting more that we had hoped for! I have mentioned to many of our friends that the sale of our property was a breeze because of our awesome agent, I asked John to contact me after the sale as I wanted to write a review or tell someone how amazing he was/is. So hopefully this will help others during their decisions. Invite John over, we never looked back! :)

I wholeheartedly thank John and Li for their help in selling my property and publicly recommend them. Reliable and committed, they immediately inspected my property to make recommendations about presentation. Their inspection went into the evening and when it got dark (vacant investment home), they pushed on with a flashlight! They even helped me with some works in presenting the property! At the first meeting, they guided me with thoughtful advice, best sale method and strategies for a precise and comprehensive marketing plan with a clear and focused target group. Eg a buyer wanted a corner block, John named every relevant corner block on Mains Road and their (un)likelihood of availability; 5. Sold my property at a price beyond expectation. The whole process was quick but in hindsight, it wasn’t a 'quick sale' – it was an entire campaign (they even brought flags for my open home inspections!), they’ve just put in so much effort and were so professional that it all just seemed easy.
