When I first met John to discuss the possibility of selling my house, he was absolutely amazing, very patient and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and answered questions that I hadn't thought of asking. He took me through the process - what would be expected, and the fees and costs up front so I knew what to expect at the end and timelines. I was kept update throughout the entire process and I was never left wondering where we were up to or what happens next. When a situation changed I was given advice on how to proceed and reassured the entire time. This meant that I ended up getting a really good sales price in a really good time frame - perfect for what I needed. Even after exchanging the contracts and during the cooling off, I've been kept up to date on the whole process.
