His knowledge of the market and price expectation was spot on and he handled everything including managing our previous tenants to obtain vacant possession and then staging the property for sale and facilitating a short settlement period. In a suburb and surrounds full of real estate agents, many of them not exactly the most helpful or honest people, we were overjoyed with the straightforward services and interactions we had with John Hesse and their team.
