We found the buying experience working with John and his team (Zoli was amazing) excellent. They accommodated our needs and treated us with respect and patience. We felt like they were treating us and the owner well. In negotiating a final price with us they were direct and refreshingly transparent, they did not try to game us like we've experienced with other agents. Ernest and Fiona

John and his team are honest and committed agents. They make the process of selling property smooth sailing and I thank them all for their dedication and hard work.
John made me feel very comfortable with my purchase especially since it was my first one and made the time to walk me through the process and also provide some helpful tips. Thank you for all your help
Very polite and helpful during the open house. Good communication and cooperation all the way from offer to settlement. Minimised the stress associated with purchasing. Would be happy to recommend to anyone planning to sell or lease in the area.
John is a really dedicated sales person and he provides excellent service and knowledge to clients. I would definitely recommend him and MyPlace agency to anyone who likes to purchase/rent. I have got a seamless connection between purchasing my property and renting it out. John has secured a tenant for me even before I have signed the purchasing contract, which makes me worry-free during the purchase of my first investment property. Excellent job!!!
