This is the second time we have sold with MyPlace Estate Agents. John and Zoli have once again proved to be trustworthy, honest and reliable during the duration of the campaign. Their expertise and knowledge of the local market was welcomed and appreciated and they offered realistic advice overall. Zoli has a vast network of contacts and gets the job done! Thank you both to John, Zoli and the MyPlace team.
I've known John for over 10 years. Our kids grew up together. That might make me sound biased but I can honestly say I have never worked with a better agent. John cares. He takes time to explain things. He keeps in regular content. He's passionate for both the success of his vendors and his buyers. He's a gentleman and will work tirelessly for you to achieve the result you are looking for. I can't recommend John highly enough.
John and Zoli were a pleasure to work with, in selling our house. They were very attentive, thorough, informed, professional and displayed excellent market knowledge. They involved us in the whole process. I also believe they displayed the same to potential buyers.
I couldn't have found a better agent. Very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. A pleasure to work with
I found selling the house a very stressful process but knowing that John was in control gave me a feeling of security. John is a very experienced agent and I found his down-to-earth attitude and honesty a blessing.
John Higgins is a gentleman of integrity having known him and done business with him and his staff at MyPlace for many years.
We have both bought/sold from John, and the thing we love most is his honesty. You know where you stand right from the start. He gives you an honest, realistic property value so you are not left paying for building inspections for properties that are well out of your price range. And you don't get your hopes up, only to turn up to an auction to find the starting bid is basically your maximum spending capacity. John doesn't believe in the silly games played by most real estates, what you see is what you get. We highly recommend John for anyone buying or selling.
John was easy to work with and has a very positive approach that engages potential buyers without compromising a sale.
