He gives you an honest, realistic property value so you are not left paying for building inspections for properties that are well out of your price range. And you don't get your hopes up, only to turn up to an auction to find the starting bid is basically your maximum spending capacity. John doesn't believe in the silly games played by most real estates, what you see is what you get. We highly recommend John for anyone buying or selling.
