John was very helpful, assisting us with purchasing our first house. With us having no experience in the arena of property law and real estate, John was kind enough to walk us through all of the steps we needed to follow to ensure we settled. He always answered our calls or called back as soon as he could, even once calling back in the evening just to respond to one of our many trivial questions.
