Carnt praise Jhon enough I needed to do some work to my home to make it presentable Jhon got me a loan and a builder who did a brilliant job The loan is interest free and comes out at settlement. I went to 2 other agents before Jhon was given estimates of sale of 160000 to at best 180000. Once the work was completed and I must add only cost me 3000 dollars for a lot of repairs. Jhon said we will advertise 219000 plus. I was really surprised. The first day had offers of between 215 to 225 I was happy at 225 and wanted to take that. Jhon said I think we can do better just leave it with me for a few days. I called him on Friday he said he had good news and wanted to see me that afternoon he came over with a contract for sale of 242000 I nearly fell over backwards. Most real-estate agents in my opinion would of taken the 225000 but John really have it is all in getting me top dollar. He has made a life change deference for me. Would highly recommend him

John is a true professional. I spoke to 6 different agents in total during my process of finding the right person to work with, and I must say John was exceptional. Not only did he respond immediately to all questions regardless of time and day, he was well spoken and friendly. The value estimate he gave me was spot on (higher than what other agents gave me) and achieved exactly what I wanted. There were works that needed to be conducted, conversations that needed to be had with property managers, conveyancers, etc and he managed it all for me from beginning to end - it made my experience seamless. Within the first open home we received offers, and I attribute this to the great marketing campaign and professionalism of John and his team. There were issues during the process with the seller, which were no fault of John and his team, but he persisted and made sure I was informed every step of the way. All in all, I was very impressed and highly recommend John and his team.
