I have brought and sold a few houses and this is by far the absolute worst experience. And I was the fool to pay for the privilege of using John from NGU Brassall. Very unprofessional, we (the seller)always had to offer suggestions to help sell our house. And was sold 2 days before the 3 month contract finished. John from NGU Brassall didn’t even offer a thank you gift for our business. We seriously cannot put into words how frustrating It was to sell through John NGU Brassall. But they like to put up a huge sign(which we pay for) to advertise their business. Save yourself the grief and money and go elsewhere

At the time of writing this review, I literally just got a phone call from call to congratulate me on my first home ever. I didn't expect this came to me, as i thought after every documents got signed, he will not care about me. However, John has been really active throughout document process with me and until every end he called me up to congratulate me. He supported and negotiated really well with seller/his own solicitor for my own benefits. It has been great experience buying property with him. 100% positive experience from me. The house I inspected via John and submitted my price on same day (It was on Saturday). He called me back just after 1 hour and get everything ready for me. It was so quick that I couldn't have time to think hahaha. However, I feeling appreciated for his effort and time. Thank you again mate.
