I could not be more grateful that John was the realtor on the house we purchased. An absolute god send!!! He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Any questions we had he could answer in terms we would understand, unlike some people who make things complicated! He was always available to help and we never had any reservations dealing with John.

In all honesty, John was absolutely amazing. Anyone who knows me would agree, that, the simple fact I am actually writing a review should and dose speak volumes... The were several complications during the sale of my home, to absolutely no fault of John or NGU, and due to stess and other personal matters I know I was not the easiest of customers. Having said that John continued to remain extremely professional, friendly and approachable. John genuinely seemed more then happy and would reply to any of my questions or concerns in a amazingly honest, genuine and timely manner. We saw a property in Fernvale that we were keen to see on a Sunday and after making an online inquiry John called us up and helped us to view the property that afternoon.
