In spite of the availability of many experienced real estate agents in Goodna area, we decided to sign up with John as he had sold a property in the same street where our property is located, i.e. Whitmore Crescent. In our early discussions he was very courteous in negotiating terms of sales and explaining NGU requirements. We felt he is young and energetic and highly motivated. In particular, compared several other experienced agent who were aggressive in their approach but not will to agree on reasonable sales terms.
