John is friendly and approachable. He doesn't do a hard sell but works well with both the buyers and sellers to get a great result. He was always willing to offer assistance where required. In our situation, it was the sale of a house for a deceased estate and he was required to deal with 5 beneficiaries and a number of people that worked for the executor (Public Trustee). It was challenging dealing with all the personalities and still get a great result but he managed to do this very well. I would be very happy to work with him again if I require a property to be sold.
