John was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he knows the area very well and was happy to answer questions about it. In the early stages he was flexible and worked around our schedules to talk and visit the property. We had a number of challenges with this purchase, but he kept us well informed and personally helped ensure everything was resolved and we were happy.
