John kept us fully informed of scheduled and potential viewings and resulting buyer feedback. He exceeded our expectations by presenting us with two written offers (both more than was expected) within a week. Although this was fantastic it was John's professionalism which impressed us the most. As I stated above we first worked with John as buyers and when it came to selling I recalled John was the only agent who always answered his phone when we rang or at the very least returned our call promptly. This may not sound like a big thing but if an agent falls down in this primary stage of communication it can easily adversely effect results. As a vendor I didn't want an agent avoiding calls from potential buyers.
