John was very good at providing the post inspection feedback and suggestions as to where we might eventually end up in price. John seem to have a very good judgement of the potential buyers in terms of whether they would purchase or not.

John was calm and confident throughout my selling experience. In particular, when I was beginning to feel the pressure of fast approaching deadlines, John calmed me down, kept working hard on my behalf and ultimately achieved everything I required well before the deadlines passed. His communications were always clear and he gave me plenty of time to prepare. You could really tell he had my best interests constantly in mind.

John on review of my property was confident in the range of price given. From his review I was happy with the lower end of the estimate range however he exceeded the minimum and I received more. I could not be happier.

John has been nothing short of a saint when it came to the sale of my mother's estate. He was friendly and welcoming from the beginning, would check in often and always kept me up to date on progress. His professionalism is outstanding, and he always made me feel like I was working with a human, not a corporation. John was always honest and realistic and upfront with expectations. He has been incredible and patient while we work through the probate process, which has been stressful enough without other companies pressuring for a sale whilst waiting for soliciters and courts to do what they need to.

I have bought and sold through John. He is communicative, honest and fair. Nothing is too much bother. Highly recommended.
