After selecting US Realestate to access our home in anticipation to sell John Lewis arrived fully prepared with a full understanding of the area & market place. Once he presented his proposal, we decided to allow US Realestate to sell our home, anticipating it could take a few weeks. I didn't give John Lewis any indication of what my expectations were. Our home was listed on the Thursday and had its first (and only) open house on the Saturday. It was sold by Sunday night exceeding my my expectations and those of anything in the area (I would say it's a record price for the area) So if your selling your house, US Realestate is the only agent (in my experience) that works for you and not just for the sale (commission).
