John and Will were great to deal with and the sale eventuated with relative ease. However, I did request continual updates on data for enquiries, internet page views, etc and was only provided this once. In addition, we were disappointed that the approach to the condition of the property and its value, changed from prior to signing of the sales consent, to signing the contract on auction day. This is a common approach from sales agents, and I was hopeful it may not have applied with this transaction
