John and his team were marvellous advocates for the sale of our house, with great knowledge of the local area and of the prevailing market. John is extremely conscientious and we knew what was happening at every stage of the sale. He is easygoing and a pleasure to work with.

Pleasant experience, everything well planned ,laid out and fully explained. Very good level of communication. Good "down to earth" advice and managed expectations well.

My experience of John Manning was one of professionalism alongside friendliness and reasuriance. Ongoing feedback was passed on regularly and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole campaign. He achieved an amazing result in a very uncertain Coronavirus environment. His experienced negotiating skills proved invaluable, and the fact that he has excellent communication, certainly attributed to a result I could only have dreamt of ! I would highly recommend John Manning should you be considering marketing your property, if the virtues of honesty and transparency be of importance to you.

I am so glad I chose John to sell my home. Even though it was on the market through a difficult time, John persevered and always remained positive and good humoured. I was impressed with his local knowledge and ability to read the market. He regularly provided me with honest feedback. I thoroughly recommend John as the ultimate professional. If I were to sell my next property I would choose John without hesitation.

John, Christine and the team were fantastic. Right from the beginning John made the going to auction process really easy to understand and quick to get on the market. They look after everything and guide you through the whole process plus with great feedback reports through the open houses. I was worried about selling during Covid but they knew the market and achieved an absolutely amazing result with so much interest in the property. I would definitely recommend John and his team to everyone. They really made it a great experience. Thank you, David
