We are really glad we chose John and Nicole to sell our house. They were always professional and easy to deal with and they worked hard to the very end to get us a sale at the best price. We always felt like they had our best interests at heart and wanted to get us the best price more than just "getting a sale". When our house was passed in at auction, they worked extremely hard with all interested parties and drumming up interest on the phone and they ended up bringing us 4 contracts the very next day, including an unconditional contract for $15k above our auction reserve. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will definitely use them again next time.
