An unusual way to describe "real estate agents" I'm sure 😆; however we found John and Nicole to be genuine, kind and sincere. Nicole handled the marketing and sale of our property and took the time to listen to our needs (timely feedback, pricing, open day requirements). I remember her telling us that while she was representing us that she would truly have our corner, and she did. She also said that that relationship may not transpire to us buying from them as they always represent their sellers - rather than focusing on helping people bag a bargain! They really understand the Gold Coast property market and have been very helpful in helping us plan our new build.
