John McGregor was the most professional agent I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold many properties in different states in Australia. From the very first phone call I was impressed by his manner, knowledge and how professional he was. John lived up to my expectations through a difficult time for me in trying to deal with my very ill auntie in hospital whilst clearing out her Montrose residence and getting it ready for sale. The property was listed on the Wednesday and by the Monday there were 9 contracts ready for my perusal which resulted in the property being sold before I left Tasmania to head back to Sydney. John also helped with some clearing out of the premises and by organising window cleaners etc. It was a surprise to still find someone so professional who still felt that turning up in a suit to meet a prospective client was just what he does. The price the property sold for in Huntley Street not only sold within 5 days of being listed but also sold nearly $100,000 over what had been quoted by other agents in the area. It is the old saying 'You pay for what you get'. John was more expensive than other agents but he more than met my expectations and far exceeded what I anticipated. I could not recommend John highly enough.
