Poor communicator and did not have direct access to the seller (john was my only contact, but another agent had contact with the seller), poor communication resulting in them providing a verbal acceptance to another buyer, without presenting my offer to the seller, when I pushed the to present the offer the seller accepted, which I imagine would have really upset the other buyer who was told the offer was accepted and also forced me to outbid myself driving me purchase price up (may be good for the seller but very dishonest)

I can only imagine how difficult it must be for an agent to sell a property during "Covid Lockdown Times". The market is strangled, draconian rules and regulations and banks sitting on their hands.
