John provided a well documented estimate of the value of our home, based on house plus land value, which gave us confidence in his advice. We then asked him to list our home at $100k more than what he had estimated it to be worth. At no point did he suggest that we should lower our price or that our asking price was too high and instead was persistent and consistent in promoting our home and showing it in the best light possible. John's communication was excellent and we always felt like we knew what was going on with the campaign, even when John was away. He seemed to be available (just about) 24/7.
