I don't think I would have got the same result if I didn't have John onboard. His professionalism, knowledge and plan was precise and well executed! He asked me what I thought and expected, he then gave his advice and asked what I thought.....we worked together and I truly appreciated the many hours he spent with me discussing all aspects of the sale. This was the second time we enlisted John as our real estate agent to sell an apartment on our behalf. Prior to going to market John was keenly involved and provided us with good advice on what property improvements / renovations would help us achieve a better result.
