It’s easy to get a real estate agent to sell your house.. There are lots in the phone book and they will all come to your house well dressed and say lots of good things about themselves. The hard part is ensuring you get a good one. John Morello is a good one. As someone who has worked in the industry I know the many things they have to contend with, from demanding vendors who want too much, to cagey buyers giving nothing away. Experience working for buyers and sellers with and opposed to lots of agents has taught me far more pay lip service than doing the things they say they will. Far fewer perform outstandingly in all areas that matter. John does. Results are most important and consistently good ones even when the wider market is sluggish are a hallmark of the best agents. The exceptional results achieved in my street really captured my attention and prompted me to call John in. His firm may not have the largest market share in the area and may not offer the cheapest fees but they do provide premium results. Too many vendors focus on the wrong things and have a commensurate experience. With my background agents could expect their mettle to be thoroughly tested and in the past I have found some falling back on old tactics , unfulfilled promises and to be wanting in the end. From the outset John, Kieran and the team set high, but realistic goals and gave comprehensive, accurate information. Their recommendations for staging and assistance with presentation including storage were welcome, proving significantly better than alternatives. The campaign was conducted as smoothly and effectively as any I have seen.

This is the second house that John Morello has sold on my behalf. He visited me at this house prior to me putting it on the market and made many suggestions to help sell the property.
