John suggested a price for our property and secured a sale at that price almost instantly On another note I see that John is charging something in the order of 10% on rentals received from another property we own which is significantly higher than the agency fees we are paying for properties in another town................would John consider moderating his rate of charge ????

The process for us was seamless. We decided on the 20 September to speak to John about selling the block and that conversation occurred the same day.
